• Which metals are you using in your pieces?

We use high quality silver alongside of various alloys to create 925k sterling silver. All of our pieces are made from 925ct sterling silver.

We don't use any harmful metals or platings (i.e. nickel) in our pieces.

• How is your production cycle?

All our pieces are made in batches. We make extensive calculations to predict our monthly orders. We produce just the right amount every month which means less waste and avoids accumulating stock.

• Are you using recycled silver?

In our studio, every source is used until the very last drop. We aim to use our wax and silver multiple times. Even though we aim to produce just the right amount of every design, sometimes we miscalculate and come up with more than we sell. When that happens we recycled them to create new pieces. So our materials never go to waste.

• What stones are you using?

We mostly use precious and semi-precious stones. We enjoy using peridots, amethyst, rhodolite and pearls :)

Also zircon and glass stones are used on some of our designs.

Since they are natural stones, colors might vary.

• What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit card payments i.e Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and also Paypal. Also you can buy gift cards to complete your order later or present it to a loved one.

• When will my payment be charged?

As soon as you completed your order, your payment will be charged.

• Can I change my order?

Change in size and delivery address is possible within 12 hours after the purchase. Please contact us at contact@reasostudio.com.

• Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please contact our customer care via email as quickly as possible by an email with subject: ‘Cancellation of order’ in the subject field along with your order number and we will do our best to cancel your order in time.

• How much does the shipping cost?

Germany standard shipping: 4.90 euros. Free shipping on all orders above 90 euros.

The EU standard shipping: 7.90 euros. Free shipping on all orders above 90 euros.

Rest of the world(for specified dates check at the checkout page)* standard shipping: €15. Free shipping on all orders above €150.

• Is VAT included in my order?

If you are ordering within the EU, VAT is already added to your order sum. If you are ordering outside of the European Union, you'll pay VAT when the package arrives to your door.

• Am I going to pay additional cost?

If you are ordering within EU, there will be no additional cost to your order.

• When can I return a product?

Our return window is 14 days after delivery. Return window starts at the day you have received your package.

• How can I apply for return?

• Can I change the size of the product after I received it?

Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, you can get in contact with us. We can arrange the process.
